  Sorry we did not find any of the precious wasabi for you. I remember now leaving it with some sailing friends last year!! Yes hair dryer very important especially when defrosting the fridge!!
  Hope you have a safe trip back home and it was nice to hear a familiar Aussie voice yesterday. Greek Islands and Turkish Coast east of Kusadasi outstanding, especially the south east coast through to Antalya. As I told Rob we love the Fethiye Gulf where Gocek is situated and have spent a lot of time going back and forth all along the coast from there as a base. The big magazine to buy on restaurants of the Turkish coast is called “The Bay Express”. We found it great and also the simple maps, photos and info on ancient sites etc was great too!! The Rod Heikell pilot for the Turkish coast is invaluable for cruising in Turkey. Hope this may help with future sailing.
