2019-07-20 Puerto de Roses to Cala Culip, Costa Brava, Spain

Early afternoon when the sea had settled somewhat, we pulled up our anchor and prepared to leave Puerto de Roses
Before departing the bay we entered the marina to fill the fuel tanks of the Tangaroa
Heading south east out of the bay before heading north up the coast, we continue our journey back towards the French coast
We still had a confused sea as we made our way up the coast
Approaching Cap Norfeu
We pass Cadaques, one of the most beautiful towns on the north eastern Spanish coast
Continuing north we head towards Cap de Creus
By late afternoon we arrive at Cala Culip we decide to anchor for the night
The quaint rocky beach at Cala Culip is one of Costa Brava’s most special virgin beaches
It wasn’t long before we were in the crystal clear warm water of the picturesque bay
Plenty of fish below the surface
At sunset the cliffs glowed in the fading light
A simple pasta dish for dinner tonight
