After another busy day aboard the Tangaroa, we decide to walk into town for dinnerOne of our favourite restaurants in Sant Carles de la Rapita is Taberna DalmauIt is great to see Ernesto, the owner and chef of the restaurant once againErnesto always has a good selection of Spanish and other wines available to sampleTonight we try some of the very fresh local oysters …. they were deliciousAs an entree we share the wonderful calamari with greensNext we have a fillet of a sole with deep fried spinach and homemade chipsThe caramelised figs with the cream and vanilla and chocolate icecream is always a favourite of Rics!!
