2019-07-13 Sant Carles de la Rapita, Costa Dorada, Spain After another busy day aboard the Tangaroa, we decide to walk into town for dinner One of our favourite restaurants in Sant Carles de la Rapita is Taberna Dalmau It is great to see Ernesto, the owner and chef of the restaurant once again Ernesto always has a good selection of Spanish and other wines available to sample Tonight we try some of the very fresh local oysters …. they were delicious As an entree we share the wonderful calamari with greens Next we have a fillet of a sole with deep fried spinach and homemade chips The caramelised figs with the cream and vanilla and chocolate icecream is always a favourite of Rics!!
