2018-10-02 KL to Peninsular Hotel, Manila, Philippines

After departing KL, a few hours later we are flying over the Philippine coast

As we fly over Manila we clearly see the Pasig River which runs through the large city

There are several quite incredible looking buildings in the Manila city centre

We land at Ninoy Aquino International Airport which is the main airport of Manila and the largest in the Philippines

Shortly after loading our luggage into a taxi, the heavy rain began to fall which made our trip to our hotel a lot slower than the usual 30 minutes
