After spending the day cleaning and organising the boat, in the the evening we went into Sant Carles de la Rapita and there was a celebration starting with a parade of giant figuresOnce the procession had finished, we rode up to Taberna Dalmau, a favourite restaurant of ours in Sant Carles de la RapitaOwner and chef, Ernesto welcomes us so warmly every time we return to his restaurant in the townWe start dinner this evening with some delicious freshly steamed musselsTonight we enjoy one of the specialties of the house …. seafood soupFor dessert we have wonderful poached figs with icecreamErnesto and his delightful wife
