Arriving back at the marina late morning the water was like a mirror
Looking out towards the lagoon beyond the marina

At lunch time the staff at the marina prepare the Tangaroa to be put back in the water

Tangaroa lowered back in the water
We take the Tangaroa out to the lagoon for a sea trial
All operating well so we return to the Sant Carles Marina

This evening we decide to try a different restaurant
Restaurant Juanito is situated in the hotel with the same name
A waterside elevated walkway runs beside the hotel
Fortunately there were plenty of tables available when we arrived, as we had not made a booking
The generous portion of muscles we shared were very fresh and perfectly cooked
Next we had the grilled baby squid which also was very nice
A good vino tinto
Unfortunately our tuna dish was quite overcooked however the management swiftly organised another serve…..which certainly made a difference
Ric decides to have a good old fashioned chocolate pancake for dessert
