Arriving back at the marina late morning the water was like a mirrorLooking out towards the lagoon beyond the marina
At lunch time the staff at the marina prepare the Tangaroa to be put back in the water
Tangaroa lowered back in the waterWe take the Tangaroa out to the lagoon for a sea trialAll operating well so we return to the Sant Carles Marina
Looking back to the beach at Sant CarlesThis evening we decide to try a different restaurantRestaurant Juanito is situated in the hotel with the same nameA waterside elevated walkway runs beside the hotelxxFortunately there were plenty of tables available when we arrived, as we had not made a bookingThe generous portion of muscles we shared were very fresh and perfectly cookedNext we had the grilled baby squid which also was very niceA good vino tintoUnfortunately our tuna dish was quite overcooked however the management swiftly organised another serve…..which certainly made a differenceRic decides to have a good old fashioned chocolate pancake for dessert
