After breakfast we make a move to continue our journeyAnse de Gau was a reasonably comfortable overnight anchorageWe head south to Cap Bianco and Cap BenatLooking back to Cap BenatA short distance west we approach Cap BreganconFort Bregancon situated on the cape which is an islet attached by a low isthmusContinuing west we pass Port MiramarInland on the slopes is the ancient town of Hyeres-PlageThe modern extension built near the old town has apartments, restaurants and a marina with everything needed for a holiday in the sun by the seaRic goes ashore to find the listed Orange (for internet and phone) shopOnce all was sorted we decided to head to the island of Ile de Porquerolles, the 4th island of the island group of Iles Hyeres Plage which we visited the day beforeWe approach the island and join a number of other boats on anchor at Plage de la Courtade
On the wooded hills behind the anchorage is a fortThreatening clouds appeared late afternoon, however no rain arrivedAnother brilliant sunset…. and a full moon too
