It wasn't long before we were greeted by a few friendly, playful dolphins

With such wonderful conditions and wind forcasted for the next few days we decide to continue as far as possible, knowing we have visited this coast by car

As we continue up the coast we pass the Golfo di Oristano and the ancient site of Tharros, which we visited recently

Finally we arrive in Bosa after 8.5 hours of travelling

We continue north around the breakwater by Isola Rossa

We organise a berth at Nautica Pinna on the left as we enter the Temo

We were welcomed by Daniel, who we found out later was one of the three brothers that own the marina

We were given a very nice berth along the outer pontoon

Daniel from the marina, told us about the wine festival and offered to drive us up to 'Festa del Vino

The Festa was set up on the inclining road which leads to the castle that overlooks the town

We sampled several wines during the afternoon

Not only wine is sampled here at the festa, specialty foods,meats and cheeses are available for sampling and purchasing too

The strawberries had amazing flavour so we bought a tray for only 8 Euro

Ric purchased a few bottles from these guys as we were leaving

It was time to leave with arms laden with wine, cheeses, walnuts, olives, strawberries and Franca's specialties. A call to Daniel and in no time he arrived
