After spending the day unpacking and reorganising things on the boat Ric and I caught the local bus to St Julians which is a delightful area around Spinola Bay which has many popular restaurants and bars. On recommendation we dinned at Gululu which is frequented by locals. Ric had tasty pork cheeks and I had seabass which was one the most perfectly cooked fish I have tasted in the Mediterranean. The evenings were still quite cool and both of us were pleased we had worn warm clothes. The restaurant was very busy and the only table available for us without a booking was outside, which we happily accepted despite the cool breeze coming into the bay.
