All Dishes veeery Generous !!Mixed Salad with the Special Chef”s Dressing !!During Dinner we Watched the Smoke Increase from Nearby FiresFor Several Hours, a Number of Water Carrying Planes (Ric Says they are Called Flying Boats) Displayed their Technique of Scooping Up Water from the Sea and Flying To and Unloading Water onto the Fires – It Worked!!!
