Departing the Princes Islands the Sky was Overcast and the Weather a lot CoolerMotoring South Across the Marmara Sea we Approach Yalova Where we Intend Leaving the Tangaroa over he European WinterThe New Setur Yalova Marina Offered Inexpensive Hard Stand Boat StorageOnce a Berth in the Marina was Secured we Set Off to Explore the TownAcross the Road from the Marina we Discovered the Huge Local MarketWalnuts are Plentiful in Many Areas of TurkeyThe Yalova Farmers Market is one of the Largest Food Markets we have Visited in TurkeyAlso Nearby was the Local Fish MarketThe Population of Yalova is just under 100,000 PeopleIn the Evening we Decided to Try one of the Restaurants in the Marina which was Situated not too far from Our BerthTike Restaurant is Quite Smart in Appearance and Specialised in Meat DishesChicken and Beef Skewers are Quite Popular on the MenuA Young Turkish Chef Preparing Our FoodA very Generous Starter Plate was Presented to usMeat Skewers to Share FollowedWe had a Nice Table Overlooking the MarinaRic Looks Pleased with His selection of Food or was it the Wine Tonight?A Typical Turkish Desert with lots of Honey was Given to us to Share Thank GoodnessTo top off a Great Night we Finished the Evening with Green ChartreuseTo Walk Off Such a Decadent Dinner we Headed to the Town SquareAtaturk the Famous Past Leader of Turkey is Remembered in Every Square and on Every Wall in the Country
