The Tangaroa is finally all packed up and ready to be lifted onto the land which will be done after we have departed
Our Austrian neighbour bids us a hearty farewell
We hired a car a few days ago and plan to drop it off at the airport in the morning. As our flight to Milan leaves quite early, we booked a night at a bed and breakfast accommodation near the airport for this evening
The weather forecast around the Split area was not good, with winds and rain due to come this evening
We arrive at our accommodation called Apartmani Ana & Marija
Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable and perfect for us overnight
From the windows one could see how close it is to the airport
Although there were cooking facilities at our accommodation we decide to go out for dinner in nearby Trogir
We used TripAdvisor and found Don Dino rated quite well
The delicious entre of beef carpaccio was very generous
The grilled whole fish was perfectly cooked
It is so much easier having your waiter do the hard work of boning the fish
The fish was delicious, as were the grilled vegetables
A chocolate dessert was a perfect finale to our last dinner this year in Croatia
