This morning we visit the marina in Sant Carles where we left the Tangaroa over a week ago before we flew to Portugal

In our absence the Tangaroa was lifted on to land and the rails had been removed and many layers of varnish had been applied to the woodwork

As we were staying at the Can Batiste, in the evening once again we enjoyed the wonderful cuisine in the hotel restaurant

The fish with vegetables was superb

The wine was equally delicious especially since it was served from a wonderful decanter

A simple delicious and beautifully presented dessert followed

Our nightcap of the local rice liqueur completed a delightful evening
