This visit to the Real Club Nautica de Palma we were allocated a berth in a corner on the inside of the marina facing the old castleLooking in the other direction we can see the old windmills by the the old city centre
Our guests aboard the Tangaroa for next 10 days are good friends from Sydney, Prue and JulianWe catch up on all the news over a late light lunch aboardWe recreate Ernesto’s lovely tomato, tuna and olive salad for the occasionEarly evening we catch the marina buggy to the marina entrance, which is almost 1 km from the boatA lovely time of day to take a stroll around a few of the sites before dinner

We decide to take our friends to Naan for dinner…….we enjoyed the fabulous street food here on our last visitA good Spanish vino tinto to accompany our foodWe start tempting our taste buds with Naan bread and grilled aubergine saladNext we have very tasty Naan’s Spicy Fish Tacos…..soft tacos with marinated fish, veggies, chipotle and aji panca……then comes the Chow Fan Striped Bass…. grilled sea bass with quinoa, veggies, prawns and pancha chilli….deliciousLastly we share the wonderful Peruvian Salad……quinoa salad dressed with avocado and grilled calamariAnother popular street with many restaurants to choose fromIce creams on the go…..for dessertWe decide to see the wonderful Cathedral de Mallorca by night
