Another very hot day today so we thought we would head off again on the bikesA great view from the higher level of the promenade around the portParròquia Santa Maria del Mar, the church not far from the portAgain we cycle to the City of Arts and ScienceThe Palace of the Arts Reina Sofia and L’Hemisferic with the black and white photography exhibition besideWe decide to escape the heat and visit the science museum which was very interestingThere was a wonderful display of an ant hill with ants going about their daily tasks

We next ride to the Gulliver ParkGulliver Park is a wonderful children’s park with amazing slides from the giant figure who featured in Johnathon Swifts great novel, Gulliver’s TravelWe head back towards the portHotel Neptune by the entrance to the portBefore going back to the boat we go for a long ride along the Malvarossa BeachA popular place for lunch and dinnerBeing 135 m wide, it is quite a hike to get to the water
