After a long day of sightseeing yesterday we decided to have a quiet day catching up on some boat maintenance and then treat ourselves to a fabulous dinner in the evening

Tonight we decide to try Vertical, one of the best restaurants in Valencia

Vertical has an outside terrace which is an amazing space for drinks especially on busy evenings

In the far distance is the marina where we are staying at the moment

As usual we have arrived early at 8.45 pm and are the first to arrive
By 10.30 pm the restaurant was well patroned
A lovely French Champagne arrives which is the first wine with our combination degustation menu
