2016-07-12 Porto Azzurro to Portoferraio, Isola d’Elba

This morning we leave Porto Azzurro to head back to Portoferraio

We once again pass the amazing beach of Carla Seregola on the east coast

We make our way back to Capo Vita and then across to Portoferraio

Once near Portoferraio we go back to our favourite swimming area near the white cliffs

The beach goers nearby have already claimed their spots and put up their beach umbrellas

Ric is already masked up, flippers on and off swimming

We get some company as the day goes by

Later in the afternoon we head back to Portoferraio passing Capo Bianco

Again for privacy and cost we anchor out in the Radda dei Portoferraio

From the bay we have a wonderful view of the old port of Portoferraio
