2016-06-16 Porto Palma, Isola Caprera, Maddalena Islands to Golfo Saline, Sardinia

This morning as we depart Porto Palma we see the sailing school has all the young pupils out in their boats
As we depart Porto Palma early in the morning we see the sailing school has all their young pupils out in their small sailing boats practicing their sailing skills
We head back to the west coast of Caprera Island and go into our favourite bay Cala Coticcio which unfortunately had a strong breeze blowing straight into it
We head back to the east coast of Caprera Island and go to our favorite bay called Cala Coticcio, which this morning unfortunately had a strong breeze blowing straight into it
We then go to Carla Portese nearby
As an alternative day anchorage we go into Carla Portese which is quite close by and  more sheltered
In the middle of the beach is a bar just in case the beach goers get thirsty during the day!!

After several hours enjoying the sun and the water we motor to a closer bay near Cannigione for the night

Once again we pass the old buildings on the south west coast of Caprera Island

We approach Golfo delle Saline north of the mouth of Golfo di Arzachena

This was again a good anchorage overnight for us before going into Cannigione port early in the morning
