This morning in Porto Cervo the sky is overcast and the forecast is for a few days of strong windsWe make an early departure as we would prefer to be in a less expensive port if held up for several days with the mistral windAs we depart we pass the huge super yachts tied up on the outer wall of the marinaOna, which is one of the largest yachts in the world is 110 m long and has 48 staff for 12 guestsPorto Vecchio, the old part of the harbour has a few more large yachts arriveGoodbye to Port CervoLooking back to the narrow entrance of Porto CervoHeading north we pass the beach front elegant mansions of the exclusive portCapo Ferro is the north east cape of SardiniaPassing Liscia di Vacca a very popular resort town on the coast by the Costa SmeraldaWe continue west back along the north coast towards Golfo di ArzachemaWe return to the delightful town of Cannigione, deep in the GulfBack to the safe marina where we collected our last guests John and Angela, over a week priorWe are kindly invited to have a drink with two delightful English couples on the same pier
