Overlooking Nautica Pinna Marina on the Temo RiverToday we head off on the bikes to do some sightseeingOne of the gracious old homes of BosaIt is handy having the electric bikes as the steep ride up to the castle was quite easyThe castle was built in 1112 by the Tuscan Malaspina familyThe tree trunk has eyes!!We chain up the bikes to a post and set off up the steps to the castleA picture window from the castleVery little remains of the castle apart from the imposing walls and a series of large square towersRic loves visiting castles!!Fabulous views over Bosa from the castleWe can see the Tangaroa in the distance on the river at the marina
