Washing day todayFinally the sun appears in the afternoonAnother ferry makes it’s way past the mussel farms to Olbia PortHans and Lotta call past to say a final goodbye before they leave to drive around northern Sardina for a few daysIn the evening we return to Ristorante La Meridiana at the marina with our NZ friend John, who also is in the port with his yacht Awatea for a few daysWe order a nice Sardinian red wine to go with the “Meat Degustation Menu” we all chose for dinner tonightWe start with the fabulously fresh carpaccio of beef and steak tartareNext course was a delicious meat and vegetable pieFollowed by ravioli with ricotta with chard and cheeseThe sliced black angus was tender and perfectly cookedA Tiramisu was one of the choices for dessertThe other dessert was an unusual sweet cheese pieOn our way back to the Tangaroa, the reflections of the boats in the perfectly calm water at the marina were quite amazing, especially after having so many days of windy and rainy weather
