After several days at the friendly Colombus Marina we are looking forward to a few days out on anchor

We first enter Carla Minnola, a small bay in the south east of the tiny island island however found it did not have a lot of swinging room for us

We picked up one of the few red buoys available in the bay

We were amazed to see this young man riding all around the steep rugged rocks along the shore

A couple of larger vessels were arriving to moor near the small village

Although there were quite a few boats in the bay the surrounds were peasant and we were able to swim and relax in the sun all afternoon

By evening most of the boats that were in the bay had departed as quite a few were day trippers and also as one has to pay around 30 Euros to be on one of the moorings if over 10m long overnight
By evening most of the boats that were in the bay had departed as quite a few were day trippers. A charge of around 30 Euros per 24hrs to pick up one of the moorings if over 10m long  – we picked up a mooring and when the Area Marina Protetta constabulary came past, we paid!!
